SUMMER HOLIDAY DATES

Thank you to class members for continuing to attend classes through the end of July and into the month of August. We are now running a skeleton timetable and will be resuming a full class timetable from Monday 6th September. Please note that the last Pilates class before our summer break will be on Wednesday 11th August at Club Woodham.

We wish you a happy and healthy summer and look forward to welcoming you to classes in the Autumn Term!

Timetable Changes After Easter

We are in the process of updating the timetable to ready for the Summer term which begins after the Easter break.

There will be a number of changes to classes including the introduction of a new teacher who is going to help me manage my workload and some new classes starting soon too!

Summer newsletter will be available by mid next week.

MEN ON MATS – STARTS 4th MARCH

We are launching a brand new class – Men On Mats on Thurs 4th March!

This is a men only class designed for men and taught to men!

Research has shown that men are daunted by a predominantly female class, often find the soothing music irritating and cannot move to coordinated sequences as readily as their female counterparts.

Following this research we are running this class for a trial period, the benefits of regular practice for men are numerous and a handout will be produced this term to educate men and women on the benefits of regular practice for the male population. For more information, call me on 07787 512617.

What a great start to the year!

Classes really picked up last week, probably due to the weather improving slightly. I am very proud to announce that all of my classes were at 96% for attendance last week and were amongst the busiest classes on the timetable.

The quietest class was the Beginners session on Friday mornings at 10.30am but this class has only just been launched and we have not advertised very much either and I already have more people booked in to attend next week.

So thanks folks for a great week of enthusiastic followers, keep up the good work and I hope to see you all in class this week.
